How to Manage Your FleetSnap Account, Plan, and Billing

Step-by-step: find your account page, compare FleetSnap plans (Free, Fleetsnap Pro, Fleetsnap Concierge), upgrade or change fleet size, cancel a subscription or Pro trial, update your payment method, reset your password, manage email preferences, refer a host, export your data, and sign out.

Who this is for

Every FleetSnap user, on any plan. The account page at fleetsnap.ai/account works the same on Free, Fleetsnap Pro, and Fleetsnap Concierge; the "Team" tab appears only for Pro and Concierge account owners, and the "Cancel subscription", "Change", "Upgrade", and "Manage Payment Method" controls appear only when you have a paid plan or trial to manage.

Plan and billing questions should never need a support ticket. This guide shows where every account control lives in FleetSnap, what each plan costs, and exactly which button cancels what. Every control is named as it appears in the product.

Step 1 - Find your account page

Your account lives at fleetsnap.ai/account (sign in first). Three ways in:

  • From the dashboard header, open the "My Account" menu and click "Account".
  • From the earnings dashboard, open the "Settings" tab. Its Account section shows "Signed in as" with your name and email; if you have a paid Earnings plan, a "Manage subscription" link takes you to the account page.
  • Type the address directly.

The account page has tabs "Overview" (email status, reports and damage-claim credits, email preferences), "Edit Profile", "Subscription", and, for Pro and Concierge account owners, "Team". Free users also see a "Status: Free" banner with a "Join Concierge" button.

Step 2 - Know the plans

| Plan | Price | What you get | |---|---|---| | Free | $0 | Turo earnings importer, dashboard, and partner statements with 3 reports per calendar month | | Fleetsnap Pro | $99.99/month + $6 per vehicle per month (minimum 5 vehicles) | AI suggested replies for guest messages, Turo earnings analysis, fleet dashboard and reporting, AI damage detection and repair estimates, unlimited reports | | Fleetsnap Concierge | $199.99/month + $20 per vehicle per month (minimum 5 vehicles) | Everything in Pro, plus a human VA team with under-3-minute response for urgent issues and under-15-minute for non-urgent, inbox monitoring and routing, claims processing support, daily summary reports |

Ten cars on Pro is $99.99 + $60 = $159.99/month. The full side-by-side, with a fleet-size calculator, is at fleetsnap.ai/pricing. The "Compare Plans" link on the account page (and in the earnings paywall) and the "Join Concierge" button both open the plan chooser at fleetsnap.ai/join-concierge; fleetsnap.ai/subscription redirects there too.

There are also standalone Turo Earnings plans (Earnings Starter $19.99/month up to 20 vehicles, Earnings Growth $39.99/month for 21-50, Earnings Scale $79.99/month for 51-150) that lift the free 3-reports cap without the fleet-management features; the earnings dashboard's "Settings" tab offers the one matching your fleet size. If you only need more reports this month, the earnings paywall also sells "Buy 10 Credits - $19.99".

Step 3 - Upgrade or change your fleet size

On the "Subscription" tab:

  • Change fleet size: click "Change" next to your vehicle count, type the new number, and click "Confirm Change" (or "Cancel"). The panel previews your new monthly bill. Adding vehicles takes effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the cycle; reducing your fleet applies the lower rate from your next invoice.
  • Pro to Concierge: Pro customers see an "Upgrade" button. Set the fleet size for Concierge (minimum 5), review the "Due today" proration, and confirm.
  • Legacy damage-estimate plan: the tab shows "Migrate to FleetSnap Pro", which opens the plan chooser.

Step 4 - Cancel your subscription

  1. Open fleetsnap.ai/account and click the "Subscription" tab.
  2. Click "Cancel subscription".
  3. In the "Cancel FleetSnap Pro" / "Cancel FleetSnap Concierge" dialog, click "Yes, Cancel Subscription" (or "Keep Subscription" to stay).

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period - the tab then shows "Cancellation Scheduled" with the date. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.

If you're on a standalone Turo Earnings plan, the same tab has a "Turo Earnings Subscription" card showing your plan, status, and next renewal, with its own "Cancel subscription" button and "Yes, Cancel Subscription" confirmation. Access continues until the period ends.

Step 5 - Cancel a Pro trial

On a Pro trial, the "Subscription" tab shows "Pro Trial Active" with the days remaining and the date your paid subscription would start. Under "Changed your mind?", click "Cancel trial". That opens fleetsnap.ai/cancel-trial:

  1. The "Cancel Pro Trial" page shows your fleet size, monthly charge, and trial end date.
  2. Click "Cancel My Trial". Your trial ends immediately and you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee. The $9.99 trial fee is non-refundable.
  3. You'll see "Trial Cancelled". Click "Keep My Trial" instead if you want to stay.

Invoices

FleetSnap doesn't show invoices inside the app. Click "Manage Payment Method" on the Subscription tab to open your Stripe billing portal, where your card and billing details live. If you need something you can't find there, contact support.

Step 6 - Password and profile

There is no change-password field inside the account page; passwords are changed through the reset flow:

  1. Sign out, go to fleetsnap.ai/auth, and click "Forgot your password?".
  2. On "Reset Your Password", enter your email and click "Send Reset Link".
  3. Open the link from the email. Enter "New Password" and "Confirm New Password", then click "Reset Password". You'll be returned to the login page.

Name, username, email, and phone numbers are edited on the "Edit Profile" tab; click "Update Profile" to save. If your email shows "Unverified" on the Overview tab, click "Resend verification email".

Step 7 - Email preferences and unsubscribing

  • Marketing emails: on the "Overview" tab, the "Email Preferences" card has a "Manage email preferences" button that opens fleetsnap.ai/email-preferences. Click "Unsubscribe from all marketing emails". If you arrived from the unsubscribe link in a specific email, you'll instead see "Unsubscribe from" that campaign, with "Or unsubscribe from all FleetSnap emails" below it. The page confirms "You've been unsubscribed". Important account notifications and billing emails are always sent.
  • Fleet alerts: on the "Edit Profile" tab, the "Notifications" card has a "Fleet-issue alert emails" switch that controls emails about serious issues, such as a damage estimate ready to file.

FleetSnap's drip and digest emails also carry an unsubscribe link that lands on the same page.

Step 8 - Refer a host

Go to fleetsnap.ai/refer (signed in, email verified), or click "Refer a host · earn credit" in the Concierge dashboard menu. The "Refer a host" page works like this:

  • Give $100, get $100 when a host joins Pro; give $200, get $200 for Concierge. Rewards are credits on your FleetSnap subscription, not cash.
  • "Share your link": click "Copy" and text it to a host you know. Anyone who joins through it counts as your referral.
  • "Log a referral": already reached out? Enter their name, email or phone, which plan fits them, and optionally how many vehicles they manage, then click "Log this referral".
  • "Your referrals" lists everyone you've referred with Earned, Pending, and Referrals totals at the top.

The host must be new to FleetSnap and subscribe to Pro or Concierge; credit is issued once they've been subscribed for 30 days. No self-referrals.

Step 9 - Export your data and sign out

In the earnings dashboard's "Settings" tab, the Data section has:

  • "Export all data" - click "Export" to download a CSV with all earnings, vehicles, costs, and splits.
  • "Sign out" - signs you out of this device; your data stays in your account.

You can also sign out from the dashboard header: open the "My Account" menu and click "Log out".
