Pricing questions
How does per-vehicle pricing work?
A base price plus a per-vehicle fee. Pro is $99.99 + $6 per vehicle; Concierge is $199.99 + $20. Ten cars on Pro is $99.99 + $60 = $159.99/mo.
What's the difference between Pro and Concierge?
The same software either way. Pro is for a fleet that already has people — you or your team send the replies. Concierge is our Turo-trained team sending them around the clock, with hiring, training and sick-day cover on us.
How does this compare to hiring a VA?
A VA team covers the shifts you pay for and still needs training on Turo. It also can't run a damage estimate or tell you which cars earn after depreciation. The table above prices both at your fleet size so you can see the gap rather than take our word for it.
Is the earnings tool included?
The earnings statements are free for everyone, plan or no plan. Both paid plans include them unlimited, along with the fleet P&L and true profit per car.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, either direction, any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from account settings. No contracts and no cancellation fees.
