A team of Operations Partners that knows your fleet, answers your guests, runs your check-ins and check-outs, and handles Turo support.
They work inside FleetSnap, from a queue the AI has already read and ranked.
“I was so frustrated with guest messages, I wasn’t sure I’d continue doing Turo. FleetSnap has been life-changing.”Fred · All-Star Host · 1,963 trips

Why they are faster
A VA you hire opens the Turo app and a spreadsheet, and starts from a guest’s name. Ours opens a queue that has already been read and ranked, against a car whose whole history is attached — every previous report, the service record, what it is worth.
One night, one person
The AI ranks what comes in. Maria answers the guests, dispatches tomorrow’s check-ins and calls Turo — all in the same place, all against the same cars.

Sent the backup code, stayed on the line, confirmed at 02:52. Logged the lockbox against the vehicle — second time this month.

One person, one system. Not a VA in the Turo app and a spreadsheet somewhere else.
The other half of the job
The same partner who answered the guest dispatches tomorrow’s pickup. That matters more than it sounds, because the alternative is a group chat.
In a WhatsApp thread
The photo stops being evidence
Chat apps strip the data showing when and where a photo was taken. That data is what a damage claim stands on — and Turo can deem photos without it invalid.
In FleetSnap
It is filed against the car
Timestamped, located, attached to that vehicle and that trip, where the next person will find it three weeks later.
When a pickup moves
Nobody knows who saw it
A guest pushes a time by an hour and the thread has two versions of the truth. Somebody is standing in the wrong car park.
On the board
The schedule updates itself
Synced from your own Turo trips, so the person doing the job is never working from yesterday’s list.
Around thirty vehicles
Past about thirty cars the messages stop respecting business hours, and somebody has to be awake at 3am. Here is that same cover, bought two ways.
24 hours a day × 30 days at $4/hour. People only — no software.
$199.99 base + $20 per vehicle, at 30 vehicles. Team and software.
Who actually does this
Not a pool of anonymous contractors rotating through your inbox. A named partner on your fleet, a lead behind them, and cover that is our problem to staff rather than yours.
“FleetSnap has real people that help manage everything for me — like ALL of it. I used to be glued to my phone checking Turo all day. Now I just live my life and my fleet basically runs itself.”Ericson · B.R.C · 2,689 trips
Questions we get
No. It reads every message, ranks it and flags what matters. A person on our team writes and sends every reply.
Three minutes on anything urgent, fifteen on everything else. Around the clock, including weekends.
Check-in and check-out instructions, extension requests, late returns, maintenance coordination, Turo support issues and all routine guest communication.
Decisions only you can make — a booking conflict, a car that needs to come off the road, money. On a typical overnight shift that is two messages out of forty-eight.
You add our team as a co-host. We work from that, plus the data our own software collects.
Ours work from ranked triage inside software that already knows your fleet, and everything they learn stays attached to the car rather than leaving when they do. Cost follows from that: round-the-clock cover you staff yourself runs about $2,880 a month at $4/hour, against $800 for the team and the software at thirty vehicles.
