Ask FleetSnap

Ask your fleet a question. In Claude, if you like.

Ask questions about your fleet in plain language — inside FleetSnap, or from your own AI assistant over MCP.

It gathers what it needs from your live data and answers. No export, no spreadsheet.

Works with any MCP client. Scoped to your own fleet.

“Which of my cars lost money last month, and why?”

→fleetsnap_list_vehicles94

Three did. The BMW X5 cleared $412 after depreciation and finance — $98 per thousand miles. The two FIAT 500s lost money on maintenance: both had brake work inside 60 days, and one has been flagged three times for the same fault.

The usual way to answer this

Export to CSV, open a spreadsheet, lose the afternoon.

The answer exists — it is spread across your trips, your costs, your maintenance log and six months of guest messages. Assembling it by hand is why nobody asks the question more than once a quarter.

What it can reach

Your fleet, as something you can query.

Today, in one call

get_fleet_today returns what is happening right now — trips out, coming back, what is flagged. The question most mornings start with.

The whole history

list_vehicles, list_trips and list_messages reach the same data the dashboards do. Nothing is a second, staler copy.

Scoped to you, per request

Stateless, with a fresh connection each time — a tool can only ever see the caller it was built for. Nothing leaks between accounts.

What this is actually for

Ask the question you would never sit down and work out.

Not a number you could have looked up. A question whose answer is spread across your trips, your pricing, your costs and the bookings you turned down — which is exactly why nobody asks it more than once a quarter.

“What are my top three opportunities to grow this month?”

  1. 1Raise the Suburban.

It ran 94% booked at a price below the local median. Occupancy that high at that price is money you are choosing not to take.

  2. 2Your two Equinoxes are the wrong cars.

They earn less per mile than the Fiats you nearly sold — a comparison gross earnings actively hides, because the Equinoxes gross more.

  3. 3You turned down 11 airport pickups.

All of them for cars that were sitting idle at the time. That is demand that arrived, and left.

Nothing outside your own data can answer that.

Connecting it

Works with any MCP client. Sees only your fleet.

MCP is the open standard AI assistants use to call outside tools. FleetSnap exposes your fleet as a set of them, so whichever assistant you already use can reach your data without us building an integration for each one.

Scoped per request

Every call is authorised on its own and resolved against one account. A connection cannot reach a fleet that is not yours, including ours.

Stateless by design

A fresh server per request, holding nothing between calls — so there is no session to hijack and no cache to go stale.

Read, not write

The tools answer questions. Nothing an assistant calls can message a guest, change a price or alter a trip.
