Questions operators ask us
Does the AI message my guests?
No. The AI reads, ranks and flags. A Turo-trained person writes every reply that reaches a guest — you get the speed without a bot in your inbox.
What's the difference between Pro and Concierge?
The same software either way. Pro is for a fleet that already has people — you or your team send the replies. Concierge is our team sending them, around the clock, with hiring, training and sick-day cover on us.
How does per-vehicle pricing work?
A base price plus a per-vehicle fee. Pro is $99.99 + $6 per vehicle; Concierge is $199.99 + $20. Ten cars on Concierge is $199.99 + $200 = $399.99/mo.
How long until it's actually running?
Setup is ours to do — statements imported, vehicle briefs written, inbox connected. A Concierge VA is briefed on your cars before they answer a single guest.
Do I have to switch tools?
No. FleetSnap runs on top of how you already operate on Turo. Nothing to migrate and nothing to rebuild.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Both, any time, from account settings. No contracts and no cancellation fee.
